SHIPPING TO THE USA

We’re sorry, so very very sorry that we can’t ship to the USA. We feel absolutely gutted to be in a position where shipping to Antarctica is easier than shipping to our southern neighbour. (Really, it is.) But if you’re in the USA and really really want to order something from us, contact us and we can see what arrangements we can make for you. Chances are, though, that it will be the most annoying, expensive, and hassle-ridden transaction the world has ever seen!

SHIPPING TO THE EU (EUROPEAN UNION)

We use our national postal service, Canada Post, to send all shipments. As you may, or may not, be aware, depending on your specific country, your national postal service may not accept inbound packages from Canada. Why? Google is your friend, so have fun looking up that topic. The situation is constantly shifting, so if we run into any issues when trying to ship your order, we will contact you and either refund your order or, if you wish, offer an alternative (and likely hugely expensive) shipping method.
